How do you guys make a channel? IN the past you could enrol to YouTube seperately from Google, now it seems you are only able to create an account and comment to/upload videos when you use a Google account. That’s a big step down compared to the old days when anyone, Googler or not, could join.

Secondly you guys all have professional or semi professional cameras to make your films?

I had to make one via my Google plus account, it didn’t give me any other choice. It happened when Google bought YouTube in 2006.

I have a professional camera but I don’t make the kinds of videos recording myself. It’s a good idea to have a decent camera if you want your audience to stay interest. Bad quality video and audio is one of the first things that causes the viewer to click back. At least from my point of view, others could disagree with me 🙂

I use ScreenFlow, it’s a screen capturing software for Mac. I don’t make any videos on that channel with a camera.
I have an old channel that I used a camera on, and I would use a Canon PowerShot camera for it.
