Why so few ace men?

    I’ve noticed that there are many more women than men on this site.
    Is it because men are ashamed of admitting they are asexual?
    I mean, women have been known to “loose the desire for sex” after getting married and having children, so for us admitting asexuality is not that big a deal.
    But what do other men say if one of their male friends is asexual?
