Just wondering if anyone else is vegan, and how long? 🙂 I’ve been vegetarian since I was 13 and been vegan for almost a year now

I eat mostly raw fresh organic food, but I eat a small serving of sardines for breakfast and have 3 boiled eggs for dinner each night as well, for the Omega-3. I find I feel much better when I eat less.

I’ve been eating this way since I was 22 years old and had serious health crisis. Changing my diet brought me back to health.
