Best Indie or lesser-known comic you have come across?

In terms of the main publishing companies I am more a fan of Image and DC than Marvel but I love exploring outside these as well- eg there is a (now probably well known) comic that is translated from French called “Blacksad”, about an anthropomorphic cat detective who works in 20th century America. The artist also worked for Disney and it is honestly some of the best watercolours and use of perspective I have ever seen and everyone I recommend it to loves it.

Does anyone here have stuff they can recommend that is maybe not as famous as it deserves to be? 🙂
