Why is your favorite season_____? Anything that makes it special where you live?

My favorite season is autumn and I can never have enough time to explain why. It is a mix of melancholy and beauty of the colors, maybe some music from the wind and the the city shrinks all of a sudden, when distance is destroyed and all neighbors become a family. That’s my short answer. What’s yours?
