Season 4…

Hello everyone!

So, aside from the fact that we may all be dead by the time season 4 finally rolls around, what are everyone’s feelings about the speculations so far? (For example: http://www.nerdist.com/2014/08/sherlock-bosses-tease-dark-fourth-season/)
I know it’s too early to tell, but it does sound like my heart’s going to take another battering. Dammit, Moffat.

Oh god I hope they don’t kill of Mycroft, I love him. Personally I think it’s going to be Mary and/or the baby… (Although the idea of Sherlock & John being left to raise a child is beautiful.)

I think Mary and the baby are going to be gone by the end of the next series. Mary does die in the canon after all.

I just really hope they introduce Toby at some point.

I know. Cripes, I don’t know if I’ll be able to cope with the emotional trauma! The season 2 finale was bad enough!

Yes, there are some fab other characters they will hopefully bring in. I can’t quite believe that Moriarty’s going to come back (otherwise I’m going to start thinking that it’s impossible to die on St Bart’s roof), so I’m wondering if it’s something set up by Moran, since we haven’t seen him yet.

I thought we saw Moran in the S3E01? Anyway, I don’t know about Moriarty, he was such a success with the fans that they might revive him, I guess.

Btw, they have a lot of stuff to do — does anyone wonder if they are going to use the Gloria Scott case? Since they used Carl Powers as Sherlock’s “first case” maybe they won’t, but that would be a nice adaptation.
