Is anyone else having a hard time uploading a photo?

I’ve tried from my phone and from my laptop and I always get the message that my photo doesn’t have enough pixels. I don’t have a regular camera. I have my iPhone or my laptop camera. I wonder if I’ll have to use an old pic from when my ex took pics with his proper camera!
