- Things I am looking for in a person are:
I’m looking for a very romantic gentleman who loves cats, travelling, and technology. We’d probably get along great if you were also a loner who tends to be disappointed by humanity on a weekly basis. We’d be the joy in each other’s lives, partners in crime, us against the world (that kind of relationship). Let’s build a future, together.
Basically, please message me if:
you’re clean and organized.
you can move like Sam Rockwell.
you can support yourself (not a sugar-mama, and I don’t expect you to support me either).
you’re healthy (don’t need [or like] muscles or gym-rats, but you’ve got to be in decent shape for our adventures).
you don’t want children.
you don’t believe in a god(s).
you like cats.
you love to travel.
you don’t mind moving a lot.
you’re interested in science/technology/engineering.
you want to learn Elvish, archery, hang gliding, and ballroom dancing with me (or already know how).
you share some of the same interests & hobbies.
you eventually want to live in another country.
you feel like you don’t belong on this planet.
you are a realist but secretly hope that you will one day have a magical/otherworldly encounter that will change your life as you know it forever…
- About me
I’m half American and half Bolivian, I’m originally from the Boston area, I’ve lived in California for six years, Tokyo for four, then back to the Boston area for six years before moving to Spain in 2021. I like dancing, martial arts, comic books (Marvel & manga), video games (Zelda & Nintendo), movies (Sci-fi & Fantasy), cats, daydreaming, learning new things, technology, history, antiques, reading (classical literature), eating baked goods (anything sweet, really), Red Sox games at Fenway, Halloween, the rain, the stars, and I am obsessed with traveling. My dream is to travel all over the world throughout life with the one I love. I hope to one day have a small house in Northern Italy where I’ll spend summer and winter, and a condo in Tokyo where I’ll spend fall and spring. No kids. No attachments (except each other… and cats). Regarding intimacy, I enjoy hugging, kissing, and cuddling. I don’t eat red meat or poultry, only fish is okay (in other words, I’m a pescatarian). Don’t drink (allergic). I suck at cooking… except eggs (I’m good at breakfast!), though I can usually boil some pasta and open up a jar of sauce. I REALLY excel at eating though. People are often amazed at how much I enjoy a good meal – ”I wish I’d enjoy anything in my life the way you are enjoying that food!” I also can’t live without tea – I drink 3+ giant mugs a day (SO thankful for Crest Whitestrips!). I don’t like clubs or bars (I’m more of a quiet person). Classy > slutty (ALWAYS). I don’t believe in a god and think poorly of religion. All but given up on humanity these days. I’m very straightforward and know what I want. I’m a night owl, and I function better and am more productive when the rest of the world is quietly sleeping. I’m somewhat obsessive compulsive (used to be bad but now very manageable), a clean-freak, a neat-freak, and a bit of a perfectionist. I hate monotony and tend to move frequently (I think being a minimalist helps me with this). I’m a loner and antisocial. I’m quite adept at appearing like a normal girl outside the house, but am more myself in my Victorian-themed room in my Spider-Man onesie playing Breath of the Wild on my Nintendo Switch. Despite knowing how to adult, I never grew up – I only enjoy media of the fantasy or sci-fi genres. I find the world we live in boring and disappointing, and I’m constantly daydreaming. I’m also a total, hopeless romantic. At the same time, I have a dark sense of humor, and I go through life based on logic. I’m a Nihilist, probable Absurdist. I have come to terms with the fact that life is meaningless and that there is no afterlife, and I do not need the grand delusions of religion so that I can sleep at night. I know at this point I must sound rather dreary, but I’m actually weirdly lively in person (I know, makes no sense). I light up with wonder when in the presence of great natural beauty, and I am happiest when exploring a new country or culture. I’m also easily amused and tend to giggle uncontrollably at the stupidest shit. Anyway, I’m looking for someone else who feels the same and wants to have some awesome adventures in the short time we have before becoming worm-food 🙂
Books: Wuthering Heights, The Black Pearl, The Scarlet Letter, The Phantom of the Opera, The Nutcracker (classics: Austen, Shakespeare, Tolkien, Lewis, etc.), plus Marvel comics and some manga
