- Things I am looking for in a person are:
I’m pretty low-maintenance, all I look for in a person, be it a friend or romantic partner, is someone who can be themselves and allow me to who I am as well. I get along best with people who are open minded and don’t mind when I go off on tangents about things like the life cycles of grasshoppers or comparing soy wax and beeswax for candle making.
- About me
I’m currently studying to conservation biology in the hopes of landing a career as a wildlife biologist, I have a cat that I spoil entirely too much, and I enjoy writing in my free time. My favorite quote comes from Henry David Thoreau– ”Hope and the future for me are not in lawns and cultivated fields, not in towns and cities, but in the impervious and quaking swamps.” I’m rather introverted, but I’m trying to get out and be more social! I love working with my hands, things that have tangible outcomes. My current obsession is leaning the edible and medicinal uses of local plants, but my interests tent to jump around a bit (a couple months ago I taught myself to knit on a whim, and briefly looked into jewelry making) and I’m always looking to learn new things!
