I want someone i can spend time with, have a cuddle, hand hold, but most importantly have a laugh with. I can be fairly independent at times and like my own space, so someone who is quite co-dependent in relationships isn’t for me.
Someone who can have fairly intellectual conversations about subjects, and is open for debate and differences of opinion.
I love laughing (who doesn’t) so someone with the same tastes in comedy is important. Comedians i like include Dara O’Briain, Jimmy Carr, Jon Richardson, Michael McIntyre, Alan Carr, David Mitchell, and Micky Flanagan. My favourite comedy film is ’Death at a Funeral’ English version only (hate the American remake)!
Hi, my name is Bridie, i’m 23 and i’m a student nurse at Southampton Uni. I love reading , and probably spend most of my free time reading all sorts of different books. I also enjoy watching films and going to the theater in which i have quite eclectic tastes. I am a big Marvel fan though. I tend to listen to pop music, and am not really into the music scene.
I wouldn’t say i’m a sporty person, but i do try to get in an hour of exercise in each day. I enjoy going out for meals, but am not too adventures in my food (but tend to be open to trying new foods). My favourite meal is steak and chips 🙂
I can cook, but don’t really enjoy it, baking on the other hand is much more fun as at the end you have cake! 🙂
In the future i would like to be married, and I definitely want children (biological or adopted). I am close with my family and would like to stay near to them, but i am also up for travelling around the world and experiencing different cultures. I have considered once I have qualified moving to a different country, as for a nurse wage vs cost of living is not that great.
