Exeter Asexual Meet-up Sat 3rd of February UK

Hi all

I am pleased announce that the next Asexual meet-up is in Exeter on Sat 3rd of February – time and details is TBA at the moment as I am waiting for those travelling and staying in hotels to get back to me regarding arrival times and may be meeting with those the next day on Sunday 4th – so it could be a two-day meet weekend. So far 6 are due to attend with another person hoping to be off work that day now the date is officially set, I am hoping to get more.

I will be confirming the time and details of the day soon. 2 people who live far away have confirmed they have booked their transport. I am waiting for a 3rd to get back to me before I set the time. So here is the detailed plan. The meet will take place in my city of Exeter in the UK, on Saturday 3rd of February – but, I am having a second mini-meet the day after on Sunday 4th of February for those who are staying over and anyone who cannot make the Saturday meet but still wants to meet up! The meet is due to start at 12.30pm but the guy coming from Newcastle has booked a B&B a little far away and just informed me and i have to go with him to show him where the venue is, if his bus gets in on time, it should be okay and i will be outside the Chevalier, but if not, a guy called Keith from Exeter should be there and I will be on my way, if you want me to have your number to let you know if I am running late let me know. My phone number for the meet is 07932 768970 if you need it.
